MIS Graduate Student Lunch and Learn Mixer

Come join the Modern India Studies Initiative as we host our first graduate student “Lunch and Learn” mixer on March 1, 2024, from 12 noon – 2pm on the 4th floor of FedEx Global Education Center. Lunch will be served.

This is a casual social event to meet graduate students, postdocs, and faculty working on India or engaged in India-related issues at UNC. At this first event we hope to get to know each other, learn about each other’s work, and brainstorm ways in which MIS can support you.

We hope this initial meeting builds into an ongoing series of future gatherings where we will invite you for networking, workshops, social events, conferences, and more.

At this first event we will take time to connect with old friends, meet new ones and enjoy lunch together.
